After a remodel, fine dust settles inside cabinets, on every ledge and in the window tracks. Post-Construction Cleaning is $260 and includes 4 cleaner hours; add extra hours at $65 each for larger homes. It covers fine dust removal from surfaces, cabinets inside and out, fixtures, windows, sills and floors. Supplies are included.

How much does house cleaning cost?
Standard cleaning starts at $150 for a studio or 1 bd / 1 ba; a 2 bd / 2 ba is $195, a 3 bd / 2 ba is $250 and a 4 bd / 3 ba is $330. Deep cleaning starts at $210, move-in / move-out at $240 and rental turnovers at $140. These are list prices before any current promotion.
What is the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard clean covers the kitchen counters and outside of appliances, inside the microwave, bathrooms, dusting, beds and floors. A deep clean adds baseboards and door frames by hand, window sills and vents, ceiling fans and light fixtures, under beds and along furniture, switches and spot-wiped walls, and descaled showers and tubs.
What does a move-out clean include?
A deep clean of the empty home plus inside the oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, inside every cabinet and drawer, and window sills and tracks. The home should be empty with water and power on.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Supplies are included. If you prefer a specific product, for example fragrance-free or a brand you already use, leave it out for your cleaner and say so in your booking notes.
Will the price change when the cleaner arrives?
The price you see when you book is based on your bedrooms, bathrooms and add-ons. If the home is much larger than booked, or very different from what was described, we talk to you before any extra work starts.
