Newport Beach has one of the most active vacation rental markets in Orange County, concentrated on the Balboa Peninsula, Balboa Island and West Newport, where a lot of duplexes and beach cottages are rented by the week in summer. How much is a vacation rental turnover in Newport Beach?
Turnovers start at $140 for a studio or 1 bd / 1 ba. A 2 bd / 2 ba is $190 and a 3 bd / 2 ba is $240. Laundry, inside the fridge and other extras are priced individually.
Do your cleaners wash the linens?
Turnover cleaning includes making beds with fresh linens you provide. If the used linens need washing and folding on site, add laundry at $25 per load.
Do I need a short-term rental permit for you to clean?
Permits are between you and the city. We clean permitted vacation rentals, 30-day-plus furnished rentals and long-term rentals alike.
Can I schedule recurring turnovers?
Yes. Book a turnover with a weekly, every-two-weeks or monthly frequency and repeat visits get the recurring discount. For irregular guest calendars, book each turnover as its own visit.
Will the price change when the cleaner arrives?
The price you see when you book is based on your bedrooms, bathrooms and add-ons. If the home is much larger than booked, or very different from what was described, we talk to you before any extra work starts.
How do recurring discounts work?
Book standard cleaning weekly and repeat visits are 20% off, every two weeks 15% off, or monthly 10% off. The first visit is full price; the discount applies from the second visit on. You choose the frequency when you book.
