How recurring cleaning works
Recurring cleaning is a standard clean on a schedule. Pick weekly, every two weeks or monthly when you book. The first visit is full price, and from the second visit on the discount comes off automatically.
If the home has not been cleaned in a while, a deep clean first makes every visit after it quicker. Between deep cleans, add baseboards ($40) or inside the fridge ($45) to any visit.
We try to keep the same cleaner on a schedule when possible, though we cannot promise it every time.
Every standard visit includes
- Dusting of reachable surfaces
- Kitchen counters and the outside of appliances
- Inside the microwave
- Bathrooms cleaned and sanitized
- Beds made and trash taken out
- Vacuum and mop throughout

Is the first visit discounted?
No. The first visit is full price; the discount applies from the second visit on.
Do the discounts stack with a sale?
Prices on this page are list prices before any current promotion. When a sale is running, the booking page shows your exact price before you confirm.
Can I change or pause my schedule?
Yes. Contact us through your booking or by phone and we will help you change the frequency or move a visit.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many customers leave entry instructions, a lockbox code or a gate code in the booking notes. If you would rather be there, that is fine too.
