When a deep clean makes sense
- First visit with us, or the first professional clean in a few months.
- Before or after guests, holidays or a party.
- Moving into a furnished home that was not cleaned well. (Empty home? Book move-in / move-out instead.)
- Seasonal reset once or twice a year between standard visits.

How much is a deep clean?
Deep cleaning starts at $210 for a studio. A 1 bd / 1 ba is $240, a 2 bd / 2 ba is $330, a 3 bd / 2 ba is $420 and a 4 bd / 3 ba is $570. List prices before any current promotion.
Does a deep clean include inside the oven and fridge?
Not by default. Inside the oven ($50), inside the fridge ($45) and inside empty kitchen cabinets ($50) are add-ons. A move-out clean includes them.
How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on size and condition. A deep clean is planned for roughly twice the time of a standard clean of the same home, and add-ons add time too. Your booking shows the estimate.
Can I switch to standard cleaning after?
Yes, that is the usual pattern. Book recurring standard cleaning and repeat visits are up to 20% off.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Supplies are included. If you prefer a specific product, for example fragrance-free or a brand you already use, leave it out for your cleaner and say so in your booking notes.
