5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have specific privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:

Right to Know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the third parties we share it with.
Right to Delete personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., information needed to complete a transaction, comply with law, or detect fraud).
Right to Correct inaccurate personal information.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing. We do not sell personal information. We use Google Ads measurement and remarketing cookies, which California law may treat as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time with the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of every page or the button below, and we honor browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals automatically as an opt-out.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. We do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose other than what is necessary to provide our Services.
Right to Non-Discrimination for exercising any of the above rights. We will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.

How to exercise your rights

Email [email protected] or call 888-831-ZOMG. We will verify your identity before fulfilling the request and respond within 45 days (with one possible 45-day extension if reasonably necessary).

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf with written permission.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for the following purposes:

Essential: required for the Site to function (e.g., session management, cart contents).
Analytics: Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site and improve performance.
Advertising: Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing pixels. These help us measure ad performance and show relevant ads on third-party platforms.

On your first visit a banner asks before any analytics or advertising cookie is set. Google tags run in consent mode and set no cookies until you accept; if you reject, they stay off. You can change your choices at any time with the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals from your browser. You can also disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will affect Site functionality. You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations (tax records: 7 years; insurance records: per California law), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive data, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however. We cannot guarantee absolute security and you provide information at your own risk.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided information should contact us.
