How much does it cost?

Most services have a flat starting rate — TV mounting from $125, furniture assembly from $99, ceiling fan installation from $149, drywall repair from $125, handyman work from $89. Final price is confirmed by quote before we start. We never charge more than the agreed quote without your approval.

Is same-day service available?

Yes, on most weekdays in our core service areas. Booking early in the day gives you the best chance. Saturdays usually have limited slots; Sundays are reserved for emergencies.

What areas do you serve?

All of California. Our highest-volume areas are Los Angeles County, Orange County, Inland Empire, San Diego County, Ventura County, the Bay Area, Sacramento, and the Central Valley. If you are not sure we cover your city, call us or book online — the system will confirm in seconds.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Zomg The Handyman LLC is licensed for the work we perform and carries general liability insurance plus workers compensation. Certificates of insurance are available on request.

How do I book a service?

Three easy options: (1) Book online at zomgthehandyman.com/book; (2) Call (818) 350-9083; (3) Request a quote first if you want pricing before committing. You will receive an email and SMS confirmation once your slot is locked in.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Free cancellation or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours there is a $49 late-cancellation fee. No-shows or post-arrival cancellations are charged a $75 trip fee plus any labor and materials already invested.

Do you provide a warranty on your work?

Yes. Our workmanship is warranted for 30 days from completion. If something we installed fails due to our workmanship within that window, we come back and fix it at no charge. The warranty does not cover customer-supplied parts or normal wear and tear.

Do you bring the parts or do I?

Depends on the job. For TV mounting we bring the mount only if you book that option. For furniture assembly the customer supplies the furniture. For ceiling fan installation you supply the fan, we bring the wiring and hardware. The booking flow tells you exactly what to have on-site.

Can I buy the product through you?

For Mr Cool mini-split HVAC systems and Waterdrop water filtration systems, yes — we sell the product and install it as one package. For everything else (TVs, furniture, ceiling fans, etc.) you purchase from your preferred retailer and we install.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH bank transfer. We do not accept personal checks for new customers. Commercial customers can apply for net-15 terms.

Are your pros background-checked?

Yes. Every technician on our team — employee or vetted independent contractor — passes a criminal background check before they are dispatched to a home. We also verify identity, license status where applicable, and insurance.

Do you work with HOAs or rental properties?

Yes, but you (the customer) are responsible for obtaining HOA approvals and landlord consent before the appointment. We are not responsible for HOA violations that result from your failure to obtain proper approval.
