Yes. Anyone can book. If the lease is in a parent's name, just put the student's contact and entry details in the booking notes.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Supplies are included. If you prefer a specific product, for example fragrance-free or a brand you already use, leave it out for your cleaner and say so in your booking notes.
