How turnovers work
Turnover cleaning is for furnished homes between stays: short-term rentals, 30-day-plus furnished rentals and guest units. It focuses on what the next guest notices first: a sanitized kitchen and bathrooms, clean floors, made beds and a restaged home.
On a regular calendar, book turnovers weekly, every two weeks or monthly and repeat visits are 20%, 15% or 10% off. Short-term rental permits are between you and your city; we clean permitted rentals and longer stays alike.
Host checklist
- Leave clean linen sets where your cleaner can find them; beds are made with linens you provide.
- Need the used set washed on site? Add laundry at $25 per load.
- Leave a short restaging note or photo: where the throw pillows, towels and guest supplies go.
- Put the lockbox or smart-lock code and parking details in your booking notes.
- Fridge cleared out after a long stay? Add inside the fridge for $45.

Do you wash linens?
Beds are made with fresh linens you provide. Laundry wash and fold can be added at $25 per load, and changing bed linens is $12 per bed.
Can I book turnovers on a schedule?
Yes. Weekly, every two weeks or monthly turnovers get the recurring discount on repeat visits. For irregular guest calendars, book each turnover as its own visit.
Do you report damage or missing items?
If your cleaner notices damage or something clearly missing, tell us how you want to be told in your booking notes and we will pass it on. Turnover cleaning is not an inspection service.
What if something was missed?
Tell us through your booking or by phone as soon as you notice. Every booking is supported by our team, and we will follow up with you about it.
