The list covers the 850 Liter StoreAway Storage Box, 10x3 SidePro Shed, 4'x10' SideMate Shed, 4'x10' SideMate Plus, 8'x6' DuraMate Shed and 10.5'x8' Woodbridge Plus Shed, plus 7 more. A starting-size build runs about 2 hours. Bigger models add time. What you pick is what you pay.
Add only what you need: accessory installs, foundation prep, anchoring, moving the boxes to the build spot, removal of an old unit and packaging haul-away. It is one of our shed and storage jobs, booked online and paid by card when the work is done.
You pay Zomg The Handyman only, by card, when the job is done. Never pay a technician directly; it voids the workmanship warranty. What you pick here is the price you pay. Any change needs your written approval first.

We do not warranty Shed Assemblies that are not level or are on solids foundations. We are not responsible for Sagging, Doors that don't close right or Roofs that leak, because the foundation is not flat/level and solid. Frames must be large enough for the shed to sit on and have cross joists.

I need a price for a Wood Frame Base/Foundation for my new Shed Assembly. Wood frame costs can be $15-20$/Sq-Ft depending on the market price of wood and your location. If you choose this options we will give you an accurate price and with your approval add this to the total cost of the order and send you an updated invoice.
Prices do not include any additional blocking or bracing that could be need. our crew are not responsible for chipping, cracking or any damage to the foundation during the anchoring process or from anchoring the product to the foundation.
Proper Assembly recommends a Concrete or Wood Foundation to assemble this product. The Foundation must be Flat & Level across the entire foot print of the product. I agree to have the proper foundation of in place before the schedule appointment. I understand that the unit will only be as square as the foundation that it sits on. A unit that is not on a flat/level foundation will leak, have sagging panels and the doors will not close properly.

This includes forecasted threats of rain, winds exceeding 10 mph, snow, lightning, wet, cold (below 45), or hot (above 100) conditions.
