Fire Tables: The Part You Don't Want to Guess At
Costco's best-selling patio sets — the Agio Nicolet and Juniper — are built around a propane fire table. The chairs are ordinary assembly work; the table is not. The burner assembly, regulator, and hose have to be connected in the right order and torqued correctly, then every fitting leak-tested with soap solution before the first ignition. We finish with fire glass placement and a full flame test, and we'll show you the shutoff and tank swap before we leave. If your patio has a natural-gas stub-out, we can connect to that instead — leak-tested the same way.
Motorized Pergolas Need Two Trades — We Bring Both
The SunVilla Stratus and Fairmont louvered pergolas are the hot Costco structures this year, and they're really two jobs in one: a heavy structural build that must be square, plumb, and anchored, plus a power connection for the louver motor and integrated LEDs. Most assembly-only outfits leave you hunting for an electrician afterward. Our crews do the build and our electrical team handles the connection — one booking, one visit, done.
