Terms of Service for Lift Installation 1. Site Preparation The customer agrees to ensure that the attic and garage areas designated for lift assembly and installation are: Easily accessible. Clear of personal belongings. Free from animals (domesticated or otherwise) and their waste. Safe for access by Our crew. These conditions must be met prior to the arrival of our service team. 2. Electrical Requirements The customer is responsible for providing a proper electrical source necessary for the operation of the lift. The installation of electrical lines is not included in the lift installation service and remains the customer's responsibility. 3. Handling of Personal Belongings Our crew are not permitted to move or handle any of the customer's belongings for any reason. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the installation area is prepared accordingly. 4. Structural Integrity The customer must ensure that their home is structurally sound and suitable for the installation of the desired lift. If, on the day of service, Our crew determines that the lift cannot be properly installed according to the manufacturer's instructions, the customer agrees to pay a minimum of 40% of the total service order. 5. Liability our crew are not responsible for any damage resulting from the installation or operation of the lift. 6. Warranty Zomg The Handyman offers a 90-day warranty on the installation services provided. This warranty does not extend to the lift products themselves. By proceeding with our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
