That the floor is structurally sound enough for use of a product like this. That all personal belongings are moved to create a space almost two times the foot print of the product to be assembled. There is a two foot safety zone around the entire footprint of the unit so the unit can be assembled and used as it is designed. The customer agrees to pay a 30% service fee of the total order if any of these topics keep us from being able to complete our service as scheduled.
