Proper Assembly Requires a Sturdy Flat & Level Foundation. I agree to have a sturdy, flat and level foundation of concrete, stamped crushed rock our pavers in place before the schedule appointment. I understand that the unit will only be as square as the foundation that it sits on.
Area Understanding: I will have the area clear of all personal property and will be clear of animal waste and all other items. I have also allowed for a six foot safety area around all sides and top of the structure, per the manufacturer's requirements and agree that our crew are not responsible for any of personal property. Weather Condition Understanding: I agree that Zomg The Handyman can not perform these services when there is or a forecasted weather conditions of temps below 45 or near 100 degrees, wet conditions, lightning and winds over ten miles per hour or anything that would make the work area unsafe. Our crew will work hard to get your product/s assembled but these things must be considered and decided upon by Our crew. In case that a work can not be started or completed we will offering rescheduling as soon as we can as we want your order completed as much as you do.
