At Zomg The Handyman, we understand that manufacturer shipping issues can occasionally delay an assembly. While we work with manufacturers that have excellent records for shipping complete orders, problems can still occur that are beyond our control.
Our Additional Service Visit Charge Protection Plan protects you from paying an additional service visit charge if we must return because parts are found to be missing from, or damaged within, shipment boxes that were delivered and onsite before your scheduled service appointment.
Opt-In Notice: If you purchase this optional protection and parts are discovered to be missing from or damaged within shipment boxes that were delivered and onsite at the time of your scheduled service appointment, we will return one additional time at no additional charge after the replacement parts have arrived to complete your assembly. ***This Protection Plan Covers: Parts missing from shipment boxes that were delivered and onsite. Parts damaged or defective within shipment boxes that were delivered and onsite. One additional service visit to complete your assembly after replacement parts have arrived. This plan doest NOT Cover the scenarios outlined above.
Opt-Out Notice If you choose not to purchase the Additional Service Visit Charge Protection Plan, an Additional Service Visit Charge of $195 (or up to the full amount of the order) will apply if an additional visit is required because: Parts are missing from or damaged within shipment boxes that were delivered and onsite at the scheduled appointment; or Replacement parts are required to complete your assembly. Please Note: Manufacturers do not reimburse Zomg The Handyman for the cost of additional service visits or the travel, labor, scheduling, and administrative time associated with shipment shortages or damaged parts. Depending on the circumstances.
I understand that the Assembly Area must be flat/level and clear of personal belongings and animal waste. Leveling the area (footprint) that the unit will be used on must be level to 1 inch over a 10 ft area or the entire footprint of the unit. Your unit will only be as square, level and structurally safe as the surface that it is on. Failure to have a level surface or cleared area can result in additional charges.
I understand that Services can not be performed during periods where there is a forecasted threat of rain, snow, lightning, wet or cold conditions for safety reasons. Our Professional crew will work/communicate very closely with you to accommodate your needs and wants when challenged by weather conditions, safety must come first!
