Note: Sunjoy is using a protective plastic film on Adland, Archwood, Grayden, Kingston, Maple Hills Gazebos & Heavy Duty Carport. We have been instructed by Sunjoy not to remove the plastic film from their parts during the assembly process. We do offer to remove this film as shown in the options below. Please check with Sunjoy to see if your model will have this plastic film before proceeding with your services.
4 Post Anchor to a Wood or Trek type Deck. The our crew will provide and install 3/8" x 3" lag bolts as part of the anchoring service. This service does not include deck evaluation, structural engineering, blocking, bracing, framing, carpentry, or any modifications to the existing deck structure. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the gazebo post locations align with existing deck joists or that any required blocking, bracing, or structural modifications are completed prior to installation. Customers are also responsible for ensuring the deck is structurally capable of supporting the gazebo and its intended use.
Notes: Trex or Composite Decks can require additional Blocking and Bracing if posts do not sit on lower frame rails. We do not provide addition services this must be done before the assembly service appointment. Zomg The Handyman and it's crew are not responsible for any damage to the foundation during the anchoring process.

At Zomg The Handyman, we understand that manufacturer shipping issues can occasionally delay an assembly. While we work with manufacturers that have excellent records for shipping complete orders, problems can still occur that are beyond our control.
Our Additional Service Visit Charge Protection Plan protects you from paying an additional service visit charge if we must return because parts are found to be missing from, or damaged within, shipment boxes that were delivered and onsite before your scheduled service appointment.
