Watch the indicator: Every Waterdrop system has a smart filter life indicator. When it tells you it's time, don't delay — expired filters reduce water quality and can damage the system.
Use genuine filters: Third-party filters may not fit properly and can void your warranty. All filters sold by us are genuine Waterdrop products.
Flush after replacing: Always run 2-3 gallons of water through the system after replacing filters. This clears any loose carbon and primes the new filters.
