One Plate each unit. For Deck Type foundations our crew are not responsible for cracking, chipping, or splitting of the foundation during the anchoring process. Additional deck bracing & material are included in the pricing for wood deck type foundations. Top boards must be removable in order to access the Deck Joist.
One Anchor each unit. This can be a two visit process. Pricing includes concrete and rebar as specified by the instructions. Area that we will install inground anchors must be cleared as safe to dig by calling 811 for free area underground utility identifying services. Umbrellas can not be opened or used for 18 hours from installation due to concrete drying.
