Models we price include the Capri Series Pergola. Expect roughly 4 hours for the smallest build. Choose your model and that price is your total.
Add only what you need: curtains and side panels, accessory installs, moving the boxes to the build spot, packaging haul-away and foundation prep. You pay by card only once the build is done.
You pay Zomg The Handyman only, by card, when the job is done. Never pay a technician directly; it voids the workmanship warranty. What you pick here is the price you pay. Any change needs your written approval first.

Wall Mounted (attaches to another structure). It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the wall of the structure is structurally strong enough to support the unit. Zomg The Handyman or its crew are not responsible for any damages to the surface of the structure that we will be attaching this too. Also realize if this is ever removed there will be several holes and blemishes to the surface that we attach this too.
Anchor to Wood or Trek/Composite type decking. our crew will provide hardware if not provided by the manufacturer. Zomg The Handyman reserves the right to use other anchoring hardware as The crew decides. This price does not include structural modifications (blocking/bracing) that could be required. Blocking/Bracing should be done before the start of the scheduled service appointment. our crew are not responsible for any damage to the foundation from anchoring.
Anchor to a concrete patio, using the manufacturers expansion bolts or concrete screws. Zomg The Handyman & crew are not responsible for any issues with the base from installing anchors. Concrete foundations should be a min of 4-6 inches thick.
Anchor to a Paver Patio: Paver Patio Anchoring: If your unit will be anchored to a paver or tiled patio, the pavers must be securely fixed in place. This means they must be cemented together, attached to a cement foundation, or installed over cement footers. If the are not, see the Cement Footer section below for more details.

At Zomg The Handyman, we understand that manufacturer shipping issues can occasionally delay an assembly. While we work with manufacturers that have excellent records for shipping complete orders, problems can still occur that are beyond our control.
Our Additional Service Visit Charge Protection Plan protects you from paying an additional service visit charge if we must return because parts are found to be missing from, or damaged within, shipment boxes that were delivered and onsite before your scheduled service appointment.
Opt-Out Notice: If you choose not to purchase the Additional Service Visit Charge Protection Plan, an Additional Service Visit Charge of $195 (or up to the full amount of the order) will apply if an additional visit is required because: Parts are missing from or damaged within shipment boxes that were delivered and onsite at the scheduled appointment; or Replacement parts are required to complete your assembly. Please Note: Manufacturers do not reimburse Zomg The Handyman for the cost of additional service visits or the travel, labor, scheduling, and administrative time associated with shipment shortages or damaged parts. Depending on the circumstances.
