Models we price include the 4.9'x8.2' Grill Pergola, 8.9'x14.6' Mirador or Takasho Pergola, 10' x 12' Mirador or Takasho Pergola, 12'x12' Infinite, 12'x20' Gazebo and 24'x24' "L-Shape" Infinite Pergola, plus 6 more. Plan on about 8 hours on site for the starting model. Larger sizes take longer. What you pick is what you pay.
Options on this page: anchoring, removal of an old unit, packaging haul-away, light hanging, curtains and side panels and accessory installs. It is one of our outdoor shade jobs, booked online and paid by card when the work is done.
You pay Zomg The Handyman only, by card, when the job is done. Never pay a technician directly; it voids the workmanship warranty. What you pick here is the price you pay. Any change needs your written approval first.

Notice: Due to the raising cost of gas and commodities of the current times we had to pause the 2026 Celebration up to $100 off anchoring. It is our hopes that things will change and we can restart this program. We worked hard for several months to be able to offer this discount but the times require the decision that we had to make. Anchor to Wood or Trek/Composite type decking. The our crew will provide and install 3/8" x 3" lag bolts as part of the anchoring service. This service does not include deck evaluation, structural engineering, blocking, bracing, framing, carpentry, or any modifications to the existing deck structure. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the gazebo post locations align with existing deck joists or that any required blocking, bracing, or structural modifications are completed prior to installation. Customers are also responsible for ensuring the deck is structurally capable of supporting the gazebo and its intended use.
Anchor to a Paver Patio: If your unit will be anchored to a paver or tiled patio, the pavers must be securely fixed in place. This means they must be cemented together, attached to a cement foundation, or installed over cement footers. If the are not, see the Cement Footer section below for more details.
At Zomg The Handyman, we understand that manufacturer shipping issues can occasionally delay an assembly. While we work with manufacturers that have excellent records for shipping complete orders, problems can still occur that are beyond our control.
Our Additional Service Visit Charge Protection Plan protects you from paying an additional service visit charge if we must return because parts are found to be missing from, or damaged within, shipment boxes that were delivered and onsite before your scheduled service appointment.
Opt-Out Notice If you choose not to purchase the Additional Service Visit Charge Protection Plan, an Additional Service Visit Charge of $195 (or up to the full amount of the order) will apply if an additional visit is required because: Parts are missing from or damaged within shipment boxes that were delivered and onsite at the scheduled appointment; or Replacement parts are required to complete your assembly. Please Note: Manufacturers do not reimburse Zomg The Handyman for the cost of additional service visits or the travel, labor, scheduling, and administrative time associated with shipment shortages or damaged parts.
Opt-In (Protection Purchased) Additional Service Visit Charge Protection Plan: If you purchase this optional protection and parts are discovered to be missing from or damaged within shipment boxes that were delivered and onsite at the time of your scheduled service appointment, we will return one additional time at no additional charge after the replacement parts have arrived to complete your assembly. ***This Protection Plan Covers: Parts missing from shipment boxes that were delivered and onsite. Parts damaged or defective within shipment boxes that were delivered and onsite. One additional service visit to complete your assembly after replacement parts have arrived. ****This Protection Plan Does NOT Cover: Incomplete shipments or missing shipment boxes. Products or shipment boxes not delivered before the scheduled appointment. Parts that were never shipped by the manufacturer.al Customer-requested changes or additional services. ****Customer Responsibility: Before your scheduled appointment, please verify that all shipment boxes listed by the manufacturer have been delivered. This Protection Plan applies only to parts contained within shipment boxes that were delivered and onsite before service begins.
I understand that the Assembly Area must be flat/level and clear of personal belongings and animal waste. Leveling the area (footprint) that the unit will be used on must be level to .5 inch over the entire footprint of the unit. Your unit will only be as square, level and structurally safe as the surface that it is on. Failure to have a level surface or cleared area can result in additional charges. Units that are not level will have issues with leaking roofs and side panels that do not operate properly. Leveling the unit is not included in the Assembly Pricing. This is void of a service warranty.
