I understand that the Assembly Area must be flat/level and clear of personal belongings and animal waste. Leveling the area (footprint) that the unit will be used on must be level to 1 inch over a 10 ft area or the entire footprint of the unit. Your unit will only be as square, level and structurally safe as the surface that it is on. Failure to have a level surface or cleared area can result in additional charges.
I understand that Services can not be performed during periods where there is a forecasted threat of rain, snow, lightning, wet or cold conditions for safety reasons.
