To help make the process smoother, we now offer Trip Charge Insurance—an optional coverage that ensures a free return visit if we need to come back due to missing or broken parts.

Opt-Out – If you choose NOT to purchase Trip Charge Insurance, a $195 up to 30% of the total order Return Trip Fee will apply for additional visits needed due to missing or broken parts. FYI: Manufacturers do not cover the additional trip and wasted time costs for issues caused by missing or damaged parts.
