Area Conditions: The area of assembly will be clear of animal waste, personal belongings and all other items. I have also allowed for a six foot safety area around all sides and top of the structure, per the manufacturers requirements.
Weather Condition: I understand that Services can not be performed during periods where there is a forecasted threat of rain, winds over 20 mph, snow, lightning, wet or cold/hot conditions for safety reasons. Our Professional crew will work/communicate very closely with you to accommodate your needs and wants when challenged by weather conditions, safety must come first!
Rescheduling or Order Modification: Any changes to the order to add or delete services or to change the schedule must be performed in writing with confirmation more than three business days before service. Failure to do so will result in additional fees per out terms of service.
Flay & Level Foundation: It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the foundation is flat and level before the services are purchased. Your doors will not work, roofs will leak and walls will buldge if the foundation is not level. Your assembly fees do not cover this added expense and we do not perform leveling services. Failure to do so will result in additional costs.
