The list covers the 12' x 10' Barrington Gazebo, 14' x 10' Barrington Gazebo, 14' x 10' Cordova Gazebo, 14' x 12' Barrington Gazebo, 16' x 12' Barrington Gazebo and 20' x 12' Barrington Gazebo. Expect roughly 10 hours for the smallest build. Choose your model and that price is your total.
You can add anchoring, accessory installs, moving the boxes to the build spot, removal of an old unit and packaging haul-away when you book. You pay by card only once the build is done.
You pay Zomg The Handyman only, by card, when the job is done. Never pay a technician directly; it voids the workmanship warranty. What you pick here is the price you pay. Any change needs your written approval first.

Choose 1 unit for this option. Note: For safety reasons the manufacturer recommends that structures should be anchored at the time of assembly. Zomg The Handyman is not responsible for any damage caused by units that are not anchored according to the manufacturers instruction.
I understand the the Assembly Area must be flat/level and clear of personal belongings and animal waste. Leveling the area (footprint) that the unit will be used on must be level to 1 inch over a 10 ft area or the entire footprint of the unit. Your unit will only be as square and level as the surface the it sits on. Failure to have a level surface or cleared area can result in additional costs.
I understand that Services can not be performed during periods where there is a forecasted threat of rain, snow, lightning, windy, wet or cold conditions for safety reasons. Our Professional crew will work/communicate very closely with you to accommodate your needs and wants when challenged by weather conditions, safety must come first!
