1. Services
- Zomg the Handyman provides a variety of home repair and maintenance services.
- The scope of work will be outlined in a detailed quote provided prior to the commencement of any work.
2. Quotes and Estimates
- All quotes and estimates are provided free of charge.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges.
3. Appointments and Scheduling
- Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and electronic transfer.
- A deposit may be required for larger projects.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
- All work is guaranteed for 30 days from the completion date.
- The guarantee covers workmanship only and does not include materials or issues caused by misuse or neglect.
6. Liability
- Zomg the Handyman is insured for liability. However, we are not responsible for damage to property or injury unless caused by our gross negligence.
- Customers must ensure that work areas are free of hazards and that pets and children are kept away from work areas.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate information regarding the scope of work and any potential issues.
- Customers must ensure that Zomg the Handyman has access to the worksite during the scheduled times.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.
- If the customer terminates the agreement without cause, they may be liable for any costs incurred up to the termination date.
9. Privacy
- Zomg the Handyman respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
- Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our Services.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services provided shall be resolved through mediation before resorting to any other form of dispute resolution.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Zomg the Handyman reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
